Returns

• You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monetmichel.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our curated and original artwork, we do not offer exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or limited in availability.

Final Notes

• Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
